Six to fourteen weeks on average, depending on scale, medium, and Shallon’s current studio queue. She will give you a grounded timeline after the initial conversation, and she builds in a little slack — she would rather deliver honestly than rush.
Yes, insured and crated by an art handler the studio has worked with for years. International shipping is quoted separately after the piece is complete — we do not estimate until we know the final weight and the destination city.
Yes — with a 20% non-refundable deposit. The piece is held in your name for up to sixty days while the remaining balance is arranged, and we will send progress photos of the framing and preparation before it ships.
Every piece ships with a signed Certificate of Authenticity, full provenance paperwork, and care instructions specific to the medium. Collectors also receive the studio's private newsletter, with first access to new works before they go public.
Yes, for works over . A typical plan is three equal monthly installments, though longer terms can be arranged for larger commissions. The piece is reserved in your name from the first payment and ships when the balance is cleared.
