Ownership

All paintings, drawings, mixed-media works, sketches, and photographs of the artwork on shallonfadlien.com are the original work and intellectual property of Shallon Fadlien. Copyright is retained by the artist in all cases — including for works held in private collections, public commissions, and book covers.

Permitted use

• You may share links to pages on this site freely.
• You may quote up to two short paragraphs from the journal or about page with attribution and a link back.
• Editorial use of one image (at the resolution shown on this site) for a press piece about the artist is welcome — please email Shallonfadlien@gmail.com first so we can send you a properly captioned, higher-resolution version and ensure correct credit.

Not permitted

• Reproduction, sale, or printing of any image from this site without written permission.
• Use of any image to train machine-learning models or generative AI systems. The site is not a training corpus.
• Removal of the bottom-right artist signature plate from any downloaded image.
• Use of the work as a backdrop in advertising or commercial editorial without a licensing agreement.

Press kit

Journalists and curators — please request the press kit at the contact page. The kit includes biography in three lengths (50 / 150 / 400 words), high-resolution portraits of the artist, two installation shots, and a printable bibliography.

Licensing

For commercial licensing (book covers, editorial, hospitality, merchandise), write to the studio at Shallonfadlien@gmail.com with a short description of the use, the territory, the duration, and the medium. We respond to licensing inquiries within five business days.

If you see this work used without permission, please let us know at Shallonfadlien@gmail.com. We treat unauthorised use seriously, particularly use in AI training datasets and unlicensed merchandise.
