Acceptance of terms

By using this site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Artwork and copyright

All artwork, images, and written content on this site are the intellectual property of Shallon Fadlien. Purchase of a physical work transfers ownership of the object; it does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights, which remain with the artist.

Orders and payment

All transactions are processed in USD by Stripe. Orders are confirmed via email. Originals are one-of-one; once sold, they cannot be duplicated.

Commissions

Commissions require a non-refundable deposit of 20% to secure a spot in the studio schedule. Timelines, revisions, and delivery terms are agreed in writing before work begins.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the studio is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this site.
