Shallon Fadlien Studio ("we," "our," "the studio") respects the privacy of every visitor and collector. This policy describes what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

When you purchase artwork, submit a commission inquiry, or subscribe to the journal, we collect only the information you give us voluntarily: name, email, shipping address, and any message you include. Payment details are processed directly by Stripe and are never stored on our servers.

How we use it

Your information is used to fulfil your order, reply to your inquiry, and — if you've opted in — send you the quarterly studio journal. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Analytics

This site uses privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages are most useful. No personally identifying information is collected for analytics purposes.

Your rights

You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it at any time. Write to studio@shallonfadlien.com.
